Conditions of participation:
Exhibitors who are members of national federations/societies/associations of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP) are eligible for participation.
The following exhibits can be accepted: exhibits that received at least 75 points at a national exhibition (except for one frame exhibits and philatelic literature).
One frame exhibits that received at least 70 points at a national exhibition.
Particularly the following regulations shall be applicable to PRAGA 2018 exhibition:

GREV – General Regulations of the FIP for the Evaluation of Competitive Exhibits at FIP Exhibitions
SREV – SPECIAL REGULATIONS FOR THE EVALUATION
